I also was a teenager back then, I remember it vaguely, but I do know that I was unhealthy as you can be eating wise back then, I'm looking forward to getting there and being healthy at the same time! Good luck to you on your weight loss and fitness goals!

Hi, 210.2 started at 231.6 in February, goal weight is 150-160 range. I go to the gym 6 days a week and using MFP really helps me. I had a discouraging two weeks these past because of changing my breakfast food only, I'm back on track now and plugging right along. Will share the journey with you, I know it's much easier…

My thought would be don't rush and run off just because he's moving. Stay put, you're grown, you don't need to run away from the ex, you're forcing the issue. If in fact this is meant to be it will be, you're pushing too hard for situations. Let go and Let God.
