  • Yes, swimming! I've spent A LOT of time at the pool this summer. It IS a phenomenal calorie burner. Also, don't be afraid to MODIFY your exercises. You can still get a GREAT workout and reduce the risks of injuries. I modify whenever necessary - my knees hurt, too.

  • @martinkatelyn: I've been afraid to drop below 1,200 calories a day, but it's whenever I do that I see the scale move down. However, sometimes this causes me to get really tired and famished.
