Hello,again! I managed to maintain my weight this past week. I was hoping to lose a pound or two, but must admit that I only exercised two days during the week. Also, I failed to incorporate enough fresh fruits and veggies into my diet. Lord willing, I'll do much better this coming week. Maintaining at 182 lbs.
