u can also do Pilates 6x a week. 40-50 minutes of strength training followed by 5-15 minutes of HIIT. Add extra cardio 3x a week. 45 minutes doing intervals on the treadmill, or a 3-4 mile walk. Cut out white sugar and white flour. (keeping the changes from the other months).
