I started by honestly logging everything I consumed and began walking... Now I am running and still logging all my food. My weight loss seemed to slow down, so I am doing a middle of the weightloss road change in my eating habits and am following the south beach diet, which has been working... probably stretch marks.. use lotion with vitamin E on the area you're seeing them one or two times daily.. coco butter works well... should help to eliminate them from popping up in the future and may help to erase the ones you have now... *or demons, and in that case head to mass this weekend and light two candles....

i log everything unless i have a meal that is a total bust.. then instead of putting in every miserable thing i devoured.. or more than likely drank (pesky bottles of wine) i list the whole day at 4000 calories...

every adult knows a hickey when they see one and isnt afraid to point it out and/or ask embarrassing questions... *and as an adult it is very possible to find yourself with said hickey.. they aren't just for teenagers

if i go way over, i know the salt with stay with me for three days... BUT if i drink lemon in my water the following day.. my body bounces back to normal after a day. the lemon acts as a diuretic and helps to get the sodium moving out of your system.. *i can tell it sticks with me for three days by watching the chubbiness…

1 or 2 eggs scrambled with more veggies than you'd think possible to fit into the eggs... if i know i'm running then i add a slice of cheese to it.. and always top it with salsa... yumm
