I would stay away from soy, just google the disadvantages of soy and you will see, unless you buy organic. I dont drink milk but love almond milk or rice milk. There is a vanilla almond milk that is unsweetened and delicious. Keep up the great work :)

Got to thank the Italians for this wonderful stuff. I have lived on this for years...and saves me especially at that time of the month! My mom used to make me sandwiched with nutella and put hershey's kisses in it! Now that is evil. Good luck with the Nutella...at least you didnt start eating it in the womb like me :)

I tried there protein powder and I almost puked...a little too healthy tasting Try to get a trail to see if you like it because the products are expensive I switched to the Genuine Health protein powder and it is a bit better :)

I used to weigh myself everyday too, but it get to obsessive and you dont see the results. Especially since we woman can fluctuate from day to day Now I weigh myself one a week on Saturday mornings. It seems to be more successful and if I had a bad week and weigh myself of Saturday I tend to eat better on the weekends.…

My mom also has celiac, it is quite common. There are a lot of products at the supermarket. I am not sure about protien bars but I know that an egg is a good source of protien and gluten free! I hope that you can find some gluten free products near you God Bless!

I say dont deny your craving. Have a couple of tablespoons of chocolate chips and eat them slow. That should satify your craving I also agree on having dark chocolate some brands are not too good Lindt and Cot d'or 75% are great Good luck and Merry Christmas
