  • I love it too! And it doesn't take much to flavor a bottle, one squeeze is plenty. I was struggling to get all my water in now, but I'm using the MiO Berry Pomegranate or the Sweet Tea. No problem!
  • I'm a recently converted fan of McDonald's Fruit and Maple Oatmeal. Filling, less than 300 cals, around $2.00, served all day. Ask them to put the apples and raisins on the side so you can decide how you want to mix it up.
  • Slice them onto a tray covered in parchment paper and freeze them. Then add to smoothies (or just eat outright for a chilly sweet snack.)
  • Sugar is sugar is sugar. The "natural" probably isn't based on the use of refined cane sugar as both HFCS and cane sugar are both considered natural foods by the FDA.
