  • I made it thru another day with no sweets!! I was so busy today I almost forgot to eat lunch. I noticed I didn't have to drag myself out of bed like most mornings when I've eaten some sugary treat right before bed. Tasha 2 Sweets 0 This is getting easy.
  • The black beans and corn are my sides and a small dinner salad.
  • I use GNC Women's Ultra Mega Energy Vitapak. It a total of 4 pills; 2 Ultra Mega w/o iron and iodine, an energy enhancer, and ginkgo biloba plus. I've been taking them for a month now and can tell the difference in my energy level.

  • Just today I looked up generic sushi in the MFP fitness database and find the roll type...my fav is spicy tuna. It will give you the cals for 8 pieces. I usually only eat 3 pieces at a time so I divide 3/8 and get the serving total..0.375. Hope this helps.
