Congrats on the switch up! one thing that may motivate you a bit more is that you can burn more calories on the elliptical than on the treadmill in 30 minutes as well.

McDonald's has a new menu item. Oatmeal, Hurray!!! I love it. It has fresh apples and raisins in it too. So instead of the breakfast sandwhiches that I usually get, I will eat the oatmeal everyday:bigsmile:
