i'm a diet coke and diet dr. pepper fiend! i know that i'll never completely stop drinking them but getting it down to a manageable amount is definitely in the cards. trying to supplement with yummy flavored seltzers and that's helping a bit :)

i'm 26 years old, 5'7 and i just hit 170lbs today! i started at 185lbs, hoping to get to 150ish (cuz i'm extremely top heavy) :smile: pleasepleaseplease add me if you're willing to kick my butt in exchange for me kicking yours!

buy something new for yourself for your workout routine - a new shirt, bra, sweatbands, headphones, water bottle, anything! no matter how little, i always get motivated if i have something new that i'm jazzed about using. sounds silly but it works so who cares! gotta go - i'm off to workout with my new heartrate monitor…

Just added you! I'm 26 and looking to lose about 25 lbs. I lost 20 lbs on MFP about 6 months ago and gained 10 of it back due to a stressful job that I have since left - oops - but I'm here to stay. Hope to get fit with you!!

We have almost the same MFP history! I lost 20 lbs between last January and July, went on a hiatus (due to stress at a job that I have since left) and gained 11 lbs back. i've definitely been obsessing about the scale too, even though it hasn't been moving. luckily, i'm leaving for vacation on thursday!! i'll be gone for 8 days so just go ahead and put me down for the same weight on monday - i'm sure i'll come back and have a little extra to lose but i'm not gonna think about it :) love you…
