Getting started sucks
I started this thing yesterday and I'm pretty excited about doing it but I've been hungry for 48 hours. My stomach hurts and I'm really cranky and irritable. I know it'll probably get easier as time goes by but for the time being, I feel like I'm going to crack. Help!

Giving this a try
25 years old, doing lots of stress-eating after getting a new fast-paced job. I hope that tracking my food and exercise will be the motivation I need to make better changes!
