SW 189.9 CW 187.2 GW 139.9 Down only 0.9lbs. But I did go to our local fair and eat so many deep fried goodness so I am okay with that.

This is me so far, I am still a work in progress :D SW 236 about 2 months after I had my 3rd baby girl CW 188.1 My goal weight is around 130

When I was heavier I didn't think I had any curves. That was around 236. I am now 188 and I think I have curves and I am liking them. :) I do think everyone is sexy. No matter what body type they have :D

Mine is set for 1350. It has worked for me. Almost down 50lbs since last year. Sometimes I eat my work out calories back. Just depends if I am hungry or not. I do have cheat days also.

I so did not do good this month. But hey there is always next month :) Did my first 5K run yesterday and my goal was 50 mins and did it in 44mins so that wasnt bad since I did walk part of it.

On Week 4 day 3. Had to repeat this week as the 5 min runs were tough for me. But I know I can do it next time I run and look forward to week 5. I have 2 5k's coming up and a half marathon in August!!

I work out when she is napping. Or I put her in her wrap and go for a power walk

Don't feel bad at all. I am on week 2 of trying to complete week 5 of the program. Slowing down has helped .
