Hi, Im viki 22 and from Gloucester, Uk. Ive been on the Cambridge diet for last 8 weeks and so far have lost 33lbs - I am now tracking my calories with MFP as have introduced food into my Step 2 diet. I am on a mission to loose another 30 to 40 lbs by christmas. Feel free to add me :)
