I haven't done Insanity, but the profile pick is from day 88 of P90x (Taken today). I finish P90X this Saturday. You can see my day 1 on my profile gallery. Also look at what your calories are made out of. NOT ALL CALORIES ARE CREATED EQUAL!!!!!!!!! You should try 1700cal a day with 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. I have had great success with this.

Just stick to the PLAN. If you are doing everything right then it WILL happen.

Agree with above. You shouldn't start eating a surplus until you hit your goal BF%. Get to 10% and then start eating a small surplus. I am sorry to say but there is no way you are going to put on 20+ lbs os muscle in three months. shot for about 2lbs of muscle growth a month. PM if you have any question. I'v gained 10lbs…

I've had success with them but... I eat clean every day and always hit my deficit. (Look at my DIARY) I never eat junk and I never skip a workout. So are pills the reason I've lost 30lbs NO. They are not a quick fix. They just give you that extra 5%. Maybe without them I would have only lost 27lbs. But for me the give me a…

Yes i did measure my BF. At the start I was 24% BF and as of this morning DAY 81 I am 7% BF. I started at 214lbs and this morning I was 185lbs. so I have lost 40lbs of fat and put on 10lbs of muscle. @CoachReddy Yea I know I need to do more and was thinking about going to some Yoga classes at the gym. That is the only one that doesn't hold my attention. I think in a real class I would enjoy it. How is Yoga from X2. I think I'll be doing that in DEC.

@RopenChoke I have subbed out the YOGA X. I did it for the first three weeks and then switched to CARDIO X instead. There is 15min of yoga at the beginning of that and I like burning the few extra calories. Plus I don't have the attention span for 90min of YOGA. As for KEMPO I haven't skipped that one.
