Don't eat them back. But as a guy you may want to look at eating no less than 1600kcal a day. so you can eat back 200. But even if you exercised 2000kcal you still should eat less than 1600kcal or over 1800kcal to lose weight

it will come off there eventually. Just make sure you try and get in some strength training because with a little more muscle the fat will come off faster meaning it will leave you waistline quicker too. But you are right you can't spot reduce. You body will store the fat where it sees fit.

Strength training for sure. By increasing your lean body weight with added muscle you will not only drop body fat but you will increase your basil metabolic rate so even at rest your body will burn more calories. STRENGTH TRAINING for sure. With good rest and post recovery protein.

Track EVERYTHING!!! Otherwise when you get to a plateau and need to look at what you are doing, you won't have the "Entire Picture". In order to make changes in the diet to see changes on the scale, you must know EVERYTHING that is in the diet. Just my thoughts...

While your trying to lose weight do 50% protein 30% carbs and 20% fat, then when you are maintaining do 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat.

Agree with ALL. Don't eat them back. If you figure the body was designed to run on 2000Kcal that is taking into account that we move around ALL day and HUNT our own food. we aren't doing that any more. I went to Ranger School and ate only 1900Kcal a day and moved ALL day 15+ miles a day with an 80lb ruck sack.. I lost…

Also look at what the calories are made out of. For example protein, carbs and fats. Not all calories are created equal.
