I usually use measuring cups and bowls to measure my food, However, everyones portion size is different, your portion size is about the size of the palm of your hand with your finger balled into a fist. I would also add two more days of cardio.

We are allow to treats sometimes, that's why I follow the 90/10 Rules (Eat Clean 90% of the time and Eat Whatever I want 10% of the time.)

I do strength training M W F and Cardio on M-F, I take the Weekends off, unless I miss a day during the week.

I lift weights 3 times a week, taking a day of rest in between my weight lifting to give my muscles a chance to growth since they grow at rest. You also have to feed them protein. Yes I believe its possible. Try get 40% Carb, 40% Protein, and 20% Fat from your daily calorie intake. Make sure you have a balance Carbs/Protein/Veggie meals. If you are working out a lot, especially if it includes weight training you need more protein. I adjusted my intake on MFP to 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 20% Fat. This is really helping with giving my body definition and tone.

What are your Carb, Protein, and Fat set at? I customize mine from what MFP have. I set mine to 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 20% Fat. Try changing yours to see if it helps.

I only looked at a couple of days, but I think you could eat more for Breakfast. I believe breakfast should be your biggest meal and start decreasing the amount of calories with each meal. Also make sure you try to get your protein, carbs and veggies with each meal.

I f you changed your Activity Profile on MFP it will up your calories. MFP suggested my calorie intake be 1200 a day at sedenary activity, when I change my activity to active. My calorie intake changed to 1490 a day.

Yes, it is best to weigh yourself once a week. I weigh in once a week early in the morning on an empty stomach. This is your true weight.
