Just remember we all have to take one day at time. Some of us do not get to our goal as fast as others do, but we do get there. Just try to stay focus as this is a lifestyle change on going. I'm only losing about a pound a week, but I know if I keep going it will all add up to a big number.

I have been working out everyday because of the plates and screws I have in my left ankle and leg from breaking two bones in my ankle in February. You may need to up your food intake. I'm a WW Life Timer, I find that due my activity I require more calories. In weight loss mode I keep my calorie around 1570, but now I'm in maintenance mode and my calories are at 2070.

Body Bugg calorie are different. It always says I burned less calories than what's on the machine. I also realize it counts more calorie when you are moving your arm. I had the same problem. I up my calories to 1620. Changed my intake to 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 20% fat. I work do cardio 5 days a week and weight training with a trainer 3 days a week. You should be taking in one gram on protein per your pounds of weight. For example if you weigh 100 pounds you be taking in 100 grams of protein.

I think you should weigh yourself once a week. Since I personally do a lot weight training, I do not weight myself anymore, I just measure my body fat and measurements. Since I am transferring fat into muscle, the scale does accurately account for my progress. The way my clothes fit and the definition in my muscles does.

Wonderful, my hair has been growing like crazy since I been eating healthy and exercising. People are commenting how long my hair long my pony tail is. At one time a person thought I had piece on. I said this all my hair. Great News.

You actually need protein to build muscle, which help speeds up your metabolism. You should be getting about 1 gram of protein per body weight.

You should be taking in 1 gram of protein per body weight. I would divide your weight by the number of meals you eat a day. For example if you eat six meals a day and you weight 150 pounds, that would be 25 grams of protein per meal.
