I started the Lean program this week! The thing I have an issue with is I need to get a HRM because I have no clue how many calories I am burning at this point I am just estimating! Also how are you guys logging in the exercises for example I did Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X today but not really sure how to log that…

I have a question..I started p90x a long time ago and then stopped :( i am doing other exercises but would like to start p90x again. I am going to stick with the lean program for now but I was wondering what you log the p90x exercises under? For example today i did Kenpo X what should i put that in as?? Thanks for anyone…

Oh goodness..any sweets..it's so hard to resist but I was very proud of myself today. Sometimes where I work they will do cake and punch when they hand out our paychecks and today they added ice cream! I walked in the room grabbed my paycheck and walked right out without the cake, punch and ice cream!!! :)

I was thinking about getting the Kinect as well! Right now I go to Zumba classes at a gym here in town and I saw they have a Zumba game for the Kinect! It looks like everyone likes the Kinect so far and the different games for it!!
