I usually run or do cardio 3x a week and I was doing weight training 2x a week. I stopped doing the weight training and currently will do 30 minutes of cardio 2x a week.

I'm vegan and have been for awhile now. I did it for health reasons and kinda did it overnight and gave up everything cold turkey. I will tell you that it makes you feel great and the energy is awesome. I haven't gone back or ate something I shouldn't of once... If i get a craving for something they usually have a vegan…

I don't drink milk; I don't believe that our bodies are made to process it completely. There are many studies proving this, I just use almond milk instead. To each his own though.
