i do a form of intermittent fasting i stop eating around 11pm-midnight, and dont eat until 3 or 4 pm the next day. so its like a 17:7... fast 17 hours, eat 7 hours. i do it so im not hungry though, i like eating food back to back (big amounts) and i find im not hungry in the hours between when i stop eating until i eat…

i lost weight the fastest when i started lifting and quit doing cardio, and ate a reasonable amount of food. but honestly i think the best thing is to detach yourself from the need to see change on the scale and try to just appreciate the more aesthetic YOU. (i am still struggling with this, so i am a bit of a hypocrite)

WTF? who would do something like that? i guess im naive... im nice to EVERYONE at the gym and i mind my own business. if someone is overweight, they are in the right place and i commend them for being there.

really dry/tough/stringy ribs from this restaurant back at home. they were so dry it was like trying to eat a rock. so disappointing

okay so i do count lifting, then. i was under the impression that the TDEE lords only consider intense cardio as "exercise"

why are you only eating 1220 calories? are you 3 foot 11?

i eat 2 servings which totals 1 cup dry or 80 grams. takes a lot to keep me full
