Food nightmares
I had a "food nightmare" last night. I binged in the dream and ate tons of junk food and pies and cakes. I have never binged in my life, so wtf? Has anyone ever had a food nightmare like this?

Serving size... dry or prepared?
thinking about making pancakes for dinner. i have a food scale and regularly weigh my food. usually i avoid foods that dont specify exactly what TYPE of serving it is, such as this: what do you think? is this supposed to be 40 grams of dry mix, or 40 grams of prepared mix?

why do people think carbs are so bad/evil?

how do you KNOW your TDEE is anywhere near accurate?
just curious. people swear by the TDEE thing and it got me thinking about BMR and how most ppl who get their BMR tested are surprised by the results... couldnt TDEE be the same way? how do you know its actually accurate?

REALLY strong scent of chemical in my sinuses after cardio

SO i made sandwich thin pizza tonight!
