i do not do any form of cardio, but i do lift weights 3 times per week for about an hour. (lunges, squats, shoulder press, curl, tricep extension, crunches, obliques, push-ups military style)
my question: do i consider this "exercise" when using a TDEE calculator? would i select the "exercise 3 times/week" option or go with sedentary?

Total daily energy expenditure. If its a normal day then include it. However if you only do it twice or so a week it's excercise

okay so i do count lifting, then. i was under the impression that the TDEE lords only consider intense cardio as "exercise"0
