could someone help me who has a food scale?

really sorry i know this must be a pain but does anyone know approximately how many chicken tenderloins (raw) are in a 4 ounce serving? i know it varies a lot but i just need an approximate number. i promise im getting a food scale soon! lol

Most likely two, maybe three depending on size. Good rule without a scale is palm of your hand or deck of cards is usually about 4 ounces.

I recently ate some and measured the oz and its around 3 pieces.
