SO i made sandwich thin pizza tonight!

heavens it was good1!

i toasted the whole wheat sandwich thins in a toaster so the sauce wouldnt make them soggy(100 cal per roll) (i had 2 cause i'm hungrY!)
then i put on some ragu pizza sauce (30 calories per 1/4 cup, which is all you need)
then i put some low fat mozzarella cheese on top and broiled them for about 5-7 minutes 500 dg, watched them closely lol

let me tell you... they r GOOD.. and that was just the simple sauce n cheese version ... cant wait to experiment with diff things on top!!

& if you go by the serving sizes of the sauce n cheese this whole meal is 300 cal

    I do the same thing, but I use lowfat (2%) Velveeta instead of mozarella!!! 35 calorie (Healthy Life) bread, 20 calories of sauce & 60 calories of Velveeta for 115 calories each.
