I don't think you should be focusing on burning any energy if you're in recovery. "i want to remain thin" is disordered thinking. Sorry if that doesn't answer your question, but it sounds to me like you're asking for tips on remaining ill.

I'm healthy as far as I know, but this happens to me when I eat a meal high in carbs. Also happens when I drink too much water without enough sodium in a day.

oh my god when i was on seroquel i could NOT control my eating at all. it was incredible. i gained so much weight from it. thank god i dont take it anymore. if youre taking it for sleep just ask your doc for something else.

i love to boil it in chicken broth or just water. then you can drain it and sometimes i will press the water out and have it on sandwiches or just raw. delicious green.

i tend to store fat in my lower belly as well. i dont have a before picture but this is now it took a while. i lost it everywhere else but my lower belly until it started falling off. you just have to be very good about keeping a deficit. cardio = deficit creator. i recommend strength training too. just do the ab workouts…
