Is this possible

How long will it take me to go from 154lbs to 130lbs.
With exercise and diet.

Please gives tips on kinds of exercise I should do.

Anyone had luck with jillian micheals?
Thanks x

I would say 6-12 months. Do the exercises that you like and know that you will stick to. I can't see your food diary but if you have your weight loss goal set at 2lbs/week you should lower it to .5 or 1lb/week since you dont have a lot to lose. GL!

Depends on a lot of factors, including your age and gender.

I like to keep active with sports like softball and dancing. I do do 30-day shred videos but not all the time. I have had great results with them but I am a person who needs a lot of different types of exercise to keep me interested.

Calorie deficit for weight loss. Exercise for fitness. It will be less frustrating if you do not put a specific date into mind.

focus on diet and not exercise. you don't lose weight with exercise you build muscle.
Atkins induction can typically get you 10 pounds in two weeks much of which is water related. then consider another two weeks for the other five pounds. so I would not be surprised to see a 15 pound loss in four weeks on Atkins Induction.

It is extremely difficult to build muscle for a female, especially if that female is eating at a deficit. By exercising (doing a mix of cardio and strength) a person can keep the lean mass they already have while eating at a deficit. >>>which can lead to reducing body fat, which will reveal the muscle that is already there.....
