If you're meeting your carb goal as a whole, I fail to see a problem. I love fiber! And those would be grams.

Fiber is a good thing. Just make sure you're drinking a lot of water so it doesn't cause discomfort.

Jealous! Definitely means you need to be sure you are hitting or surpassing your water goal, but otherwise, don't think it can hurt you.
  • I am usually over on my fiber too, I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water. According to www.fitday.com too much fiber can cause cramping, diarrhea, absorption, constipation, intestinal gas, and intestinal blockage. I'm not sure how much is "too much" but I think as long as you are drinking plenty of water and not suffering from those side effects you are probably ok.

Fiber is a good thing. I wouldn't be too worried about it...unless you're blocked up down there or anything. >.>

Puffins cereal, kashi waffles, sugar free jam and fruits/veggies
Edit- I think the sugar free jam contributes a lot bc serving size is 1 tablespoon and I usually eat 3

Oh and the honey wheat bread I eat has 6 grams per slice lol
