can anyone explain this or at least chime in if this has happened to you?
i get this sometimes.. not after EVERY cardio session.. maybe 4 out of 10 sessions
heres what happens... about 5-10 minutes after im done with cardio (usually a good 4.5 mile run) i get this really strong scent of chemical like rubbing alcohol or something in my nose/sinus area. its really strong like it almost burns. does anyone know what this is and has it happened to you too?

I've heard that some people smell ammonia after workouts. Try searching for that through the forum and you'll find previous threads on this occurrence.0

That smell is your body converting the protein in your stomach to energy. It basically means you need to eat more carbs as a preworkout meal. You probobly having too much protein before you workout.0
