i started in july 2012, maintaining since about... november? not sure but anyways its hard .. losing weight and cutting calories was the easier part mentally. i only lift weights now (no cardio.. i only used cardio to make a deficit)... ive been trying to eat more so i can bulk and then do a cut but thats hard for me.

try putting 1.33 servings for the regular amount and see if that changes it... that should be 39.9 grams (dont think you can get any closer than that)

depends on how you fit them into your day really. i dont think they are anywhere near enough calories to replace a meal but i guess to each their own. i am in maintenance mode and sometimes add a bar to my oatmeal or ill eat a couple as a snack on work out days. for instance if you ate a lot during the early parts of the…

10 calories .... of what?

i dont think eating clean is a big part of it, you just need to be in a caloric deficit in order to lose fat. and you cant really decide where to lose it, your body does that for you unfortunately. also if your sodium intake is high you could be retaining water. water retention usually happens around the belly.

ah okay, good point.. so then 2 pop tarts as the bread and a toaster strudel in the middle. and that makes more sense because you can add the icing as a condiment in the middle
