swiss miss, cocoa powder, cook in 1/2 almond milk 1/2 water, and add banana at the end cook in apple cider, swirl in peanut butter top with cinnamon.. its like eating peanut butter apples in oatmeal form

lol for someone like me it takes a good 2-3 hours after eating. if i go any sooner than that im doubled over with cramps within 15 minutes

havent gotten to try the PB&J yet... i have tried cinnamon roll, chocolate brownie, and chocolate peanut butter thus far... all have been amazing (i microwave them). i really want to try the chocolate chip cookie dough everyones been raving about.

my scales body fat % varies from 18 % all the way to 40% on a day to day basis, as you can see from my avatar, i am nowhere near 40% body fat lol, long story short... scales are very inaccurate when measuring body fat.

absolutely! even when you ARENT sore your muscles retain water from exercise and lifting weights. this is the bodys way of healing them. i always have about a pound of gain that stays with me for 2 days after lifting, even when i dont "feel sore".

you should swap the cereal out for oatmeal in the mornings! i like a huge breakfast and it takes a LOT of food to fill me up. my breakfast oatmeal is 409 calories total. that is 2 servings of oatmeal (its a ton of food) cooked in half almond milk half water, and banana. you can do tons of things with oatmeal too, much…
