It also syncs with MFP so you can just enter everything you do here and it adjust everything super easily! I have had mine for about a month and really like it. I also use the negative calorie adjustment.

I love roasted veggies and will buy bags of the precut/washed veggies and put them in a single layer on a covered baking sheet at 425 for 12-20ish minutes until they are a little browned and cooked through. You can eat some now and container up the rest for later in the week or to add to broth for soup/stews

It really depends on how much breastmilk she is taking in, if you estimate that at 9 months she is feeding 3-5 times per day at probably 4-5 oz per feeding and each oz has around 20 calories in it that you can come up with a reasonably estimate for how much extra you should be consuming. 16 oz a day would be 320 calories

Well allergens will still come though the milk but his age and the duration of time total that you have been feeding him have the biggest impact on the overall composition of your milk. ie if you eat more fat the milk will not have more fat in it. What you eat, especially if you son is older, will not have an impact on the quality of your milk (except in extreams circumstances) at this age your milk should be less fat and more waterish in content. If you are loosing weight now I would stay were you are ate and aim for healthy foods, its good to eat a lot of food…

I've been told it goes out the same way it goes in, so if you are drinking before bed drink one big glass at a time so you will have one big pee...not several small trips.

I do lemon juice sometimes but my favorite is to throw some chunked fruit into it and let is soak. So I will fill a pitcher with water and throw in some chunked up strawberries then drink the pitcher.
