I have had a long history of problems with progesterone birth control. I was on depo for a year and bleed the entire year, had bad weight gain and emotional problems with a host of pills. Due to that reason, I chose the copper IUD instead since Mirena is a progesterone based birth control. LOVE my IUD, I've had it for 3…

If you are interested in continuing tracking I would suggest setting your goal at maintaining until you are in your late 2nd term/3rd term and then add in another roughly 300 calories a day. It is also really good to increase your protein intake and not to track your sodium, unless your provide suggest otherwise. (During…

It would really help if you could give us your stats. How tall, how much you think you are going to weigh post birth. I would STRONGLY suggest that for the first 6-8 weeks you don't count calories and focus on eating simple whole foods in reasonable portions. You body is healing from a huge internal injury (where the…

Pilaties three or four times a week.

I would try joining the fitbit group here for some answers. You calories are way too low.

I use it in place of butter on my english muffin and sweet potatoes it is amazing. Also I use it on my skin and cuticles. I believe it has a low smoking point, like olive oil so you can't deep fry or get it too hot.

Are you eating at what MFP tells you too? I would also suggest talking to a lactation consultant. Nursing every four hours sounds like a LONG time in between nursing sessions for a 6 month old baby. At 6 months I would expect a breastfeed baby to be eating about every 2-3 hours. There is also this breastfeeding website…

I do, every time I have to lose weight it seems harder and harder to do.

My husband has just finished his first 12 weeks and totally rocked the body for life, he looks totally hot and is feeling better than he has in years.

I would check in with a breastfeeding support board like Kellymom.com they will be able to help you very much with your milk. I would venture if he is making plenty of wet and dirty nappies that he in fact is getting plenty of milk and you are producing plenty of milk. I would aim for closer to 2,000 calories a day and…

On my 'cheat' day I eat at maintenance calories. BUT I am not following a low carb diet either. Every time I have, I have had to have at least one day a week where I ate carbs. and I was never able to stick to the diet.

I love crocheting and find it a great weight loss tool, as it keeps my hands busy all night LOL

That does help. Thank you

So no one tracks their calories when they lift weights?
-
Ann Arbor, feel free to friend me.

I have been eating 1600 calories a day and losing around a pound a week. It's a long term investment so there is no reason to lose any quicker than that.
-
Yea I wouldn't think day one would be accurate, it is telling you what it estimates you have burned so far today without accounting for you wearing it.

I have the zip and have used it and loved it every day for a month now. It does most of the same stuff as the one except track sleep and stairs. It syncs easily with MFP and has really helped me to focus on increasing my steps.
