  • Why not an exercise or yoga mat? You get them in various thicknesses and their great for any floor your likely to do.
  • $58...I thought i was a bad nut too.
  • I'm based near Glasgow. Feel free to add me! The more active friends, the better. Dietary wise I like to lean towards clean eating and high protein where possible but due to my life style it doesn't always work out that way. I'm also a fan of short HIIT workouts and I'm doing Zombies Run/C25K right now.
  • I don't know, if i don't feel inclined to do things to please them or they don't feel inclined to do thing to please me, their not going to be an s/o for long. I won't do anything in bed i feel uncomfortable doing and I don't feel like anyone should be coerced into doing things they don't want to do.
  • When we were naked and he asked very nicely. Can't imagine any other context you'd want to hit a loved one!
  • A hard boiled egg, gluten free toast with pate and a small handful of mixed nuts!
  • Elevated push ups either increase or decrease the challenge of a push up. If the hands are elevated then it decreases the challenge as less weight is on the upper body. If the feet are elevated then it increases the challenge as more weight is distributed throughout the upper body. Also targets more of the smaller muscle…
  • You can model regardless of your height and size. Agencies, on the other hand, may have specific requirements. Start yourself a ModelMayhem profile and you'll start finding work quickly enough!
  • I've got a wee piggy bank I put money in for hitting certain goals, new workout records, losing x weight, so many weeks of consistent good eating/exercising etc. When It's full I'm smash it open and get myself something nice with the money!
  • I'm from the UK, feel free! :) I'm doing Zombies Run! at the moment, a similar running programme.
  • Everything I possibly can. If it has calories I add it. I don't log anything thats 0 calories, basically water, straight teas and coffee. Condiments, butter and 1-2 individual sweets add up real quickly, you can find you may have a few hundred calories going out at the end of the day on these things alone, hindering your…
  • It's great to see your having such a great experience losing weight! I think a lot of users here would be interested to know your diet and exercise plan.
  • I do a few treat meals or snacks throughout the week. If possible I'll try to minimize my calorie intake for the rest of the day to support whatever high calorie treat I'm craving. Been pretty good since new years, so I may indulge for dinner!
  • That a pretty damn rude question. It's really none of his business. I'd probably be pretty offended if someone asked me that, especially if they then had the gale to freak out about the number! Serious dumping territory right there.
  • There's nothing about Slimfast or any other diet shake that'll actually contribute to weight loss. They work because your replacing a meal with a lower calorie alternative, putting you in a deficit. Just eat in a calorie deficit and you'll get the results you want...without making yourself feel ill.
  • L-Glutamine in lemon water as soon as I'm out of bed. Then breakfast tea with almond milk, hard boiled egg, 15g of mixed nuts, 1 slice of toasted gluten free bread with some homemade raspberry jam. 388 Calories in total and keeps me sailing til lunch.
  • Flavoured water is lovely. It's not going to boost your metabolism though. You can do the same with just about any fruit or veg you want. I tend to put fresh lemon and cucumber into a jug and leave it overnight. It's very refreshing.
  • 8.7kg/19lbs Not much longer to go, just another 6.3kg/14lbs tops!
  • I'm a university student. I drink a lot of caffeinated beverages when I've got assignments. It's does give you more energy, focus and it certainly curbs my appetite, for an hour or two anyway. This is a nice wee article on the subject: http://authoritynutrition.com/coffee-increase-metabolism/
  • Looks fine. There's no way to know if a loss of 7lbs will give you the look you want without you trying it. There is no way for anyone to know if your body will take it from you stomach or anywhere else. Give it a try and see if you like the results.
  • Adding to the other suggestions, if your a woman, it could easily be a hormonal thing. Weight fluctuations are pretty normal. Carry on as you were and see where your at next time your due to weigh.
  • Motivation is part of the game. Building habits and having the forethought to prepare ahead is more important, In my opinion anyway. A few things I like to do though, I have a healthy tip jar which I put money in for exercising/losing x amount of weight/hitting new records etc. I got the idea from this place a few months…
  • 3-4 times a week. I'm doing the Zombies Run! take on C25K after my strength training for the day. Generally takes about 35 minutes.
  • I don't really think anyone here will be qualified to give you an answer. It can happen, hormones go out of wack and you don't get your period for a while for seemingly no real reason, at no risk to your health but if your concerned see a doctor, they can run tests and you'll get an affirmative answer.
  • *drool* Now I'm trying to see if I can push some numbers about for a nice venison burger!
  • Here, here! Just done Day 2. Trying to get into the habit of regular logging while I'm losing weight.
  • I'm prone to the occasional petticoat and jumperskirt! Was initially a large motivation for me to lose weight. This threads gonna bring out all the creeps though,
  • Green Tea should be brewed for no longer than two minutes and the water shouldn't have quite reached the boil yet, I'm sure you could find the specific temperatures online. If you leave a green tea bag in the mug it's going to have a very pungent grass taste as opposed to the light refreshing green kinda taste it should…
  • Try to account for it. Keep some calories free for snack during the evenings. Either that look at your meals and see how you can make them more fulfilling. Best thing to do is just not snack, so find something that keeps your mind engaged so you don't wind up bored and wondering to the fridge.
  • Just get over it. Learn to accept that when you exercise you your going to get sweaty and nasty but you get to wash afterwards, so it doe't matter. Booty shorts and a sports bra are perfectably acceptable exercise clothes, crack a widow and keep a towel or sweatbands handy. If your not willing to get over your particular…
