Just self control and meal prep. Like, I always have a cereal bar with me because I *know* at the end of the shift, I'll pop into the shop and get sweets. I'll usually have some dinner with me if I have a long shift and I'll buy a big 2L bottle of water on my way into to keep me hydrated and cut down on snacking. Very…

5'6" here. Currently at 69.2kg, started at 70.5kg. Hourglass leaning towards a pear. Aiming for 61.5kg/135.5 lbs. Really though I want to get my 24" waist back and my flat belly, so I'm flexible on the scale number as long as i get there.

Yes please!

Well, you only had two meals, thats why. If you'd had dinner you'd almost definitely have went over. Looks like the meals you had were pretty hearty too, so maybe you didn't really feel all that hungry? If it works though, keep it up!

4 Meals generally. 4-5 days a week I get up at 6:30AM and don't get to bed til 5:30AM because of my work/education schedule. Breakfast -Green smoothie with protein powder, if I'm in a rush I'll just have some muesli. Lunch - Usually light, some kinda salad or soup, maybe a sandwhich at a push Mid Afternoon Snack - High…

Nope. Generally speaking, the more you move the better. Theirs also tonnes of TV commercial infograph style plans out there if you need some inspiration for what to do.

Currently chocolate soy protein powder, 1/2 avocado, small banana mixed with water is my breakfast. Makes a nice thick creamy chocolaty smoothie. Surprisingly filling. Would like to make a big green veg one for the mornings but I'm a bit limited with just having chocolate flavor protein in the house.

Definately to the doctors with you. No-one on a forum is qualified to diagnose you. It could just be nothing be you should mess about when it comes to your heart.

I can relate a little When I initally started loosing weight a few years ago I wore a UK 12, but I was more like a 14 and just forcing myself into the smaller size. Then I lost about 30lbs and would up more 10/12. So I wouldn't count my success by the size on my tag but by the inches I lost and the difference in my body…

1.5KG is a massive loss for just 6 days! Congrats and keep fighting the good fight!

I ate whatever I wanted but I still made time this evening to go to the gym and do Legs. Not quite so devastaing.

A steel boned CORSET can over time, like a 1yr+ daily wear, shrink your waist. This is basically done by slowly changing the position of your organs and ribs. + Waist trainners are a load of rubbish though. No amount of spandex or latex will give you a reduction in your waist. It's just a marketing gimmick.

Posture! It increased so much within 2 week. Literally the first thing i noticed.

I can't handle dairy or gluten, else I have it coming out both ends and usually spend the next day or so in bed, yet here i am on a calorie counting website trying to losing weight. Anything that has you consuming a calorie deficit is going to result in weight loss. I feel like you've massively answered your own question…

I'm interested to see the answers I'm mostly sedentary but have an active part time job, like yourself Personally, I don't log them though.

Step ups is wrong i think, Step-ups are generally done from a higher elevation than stairs. Aerobics would be my bet.

Aerobics probably

Nah son, It's a habit I picked up years ago from "bro-science" but it's ritualistic to me now, like stretching and showering.

I tend to have a strong black coffee or a diet energy drink, since I need the kick to get going. After, I have a whey isolate protein shake with 5g of L-glutamine. Really it's highly personal, if you don't feel you need anything before your workout to give you energy to boost yourself though it then you don't need anything.

Why do you need to lose 3" from it in a month? Theirs absolutely no way anyone here could realistically tell you wither you'll achieve it. Where bodies lose fat from is entirely dependent on the individual. Honestly, just get some shape wear and cut the stress, keep up the diet and exercise regime and you'll lose it wall…

I think we all get bad spells. This entire year up til about a month ago I had disaster after disaster leaving me unable to exercise for significant duration. What you do however, is still eat right. During times of injury you can still lose weight if you maintain a calorie deficit so it's not a complete write off!

I would just politely refuse the treats and if he persists toss them out or leave them in the staff room with a "Free Cake!" note or something. I would give him a big reaction or make a big deal about it. Really if you think he's doing it to disrespect or taunt you your really only letting yourself down by eating it and…

Reported this thread. Yuck.

Proportion. So often I see these guys with herculean torsos and arms...just to let it all down below the waist. It's a massive turn off. Muscle is really sexy, but I prefer an even spread of it.

If you don't already you should log all your food to see where the fluctuations are coming from. Another thing to look at is how your logging you exercise calories as the calories given on here can be rather generous. However as a woman, some amount of weight fluctuations are completely natural, due to hormones. For me…

Whoa, this got creepy way fast.

weights being used to increase the intensity of cardio != strength training. I would suggest starting strength, strong lifts etc if your looking for a strength programme.

SNAP!

Yup it was a 114g bar, one of the big ones, not the individual portion ones. I don't buy sweets because I can't really control myself around them but this was brought in for me. I try not to let things like that happen too often though, as like you say, its very high calorie.

The eat sensibly and in moderate calorie deficit diet aka the MFP Plan!
