Ha! Tone gets completely lost on the internet! Pardon! :flowerforyou:
-
This is actually a thing? Downing your drink is slobbish?
-
I've done that before, sometimes I get light sensitive headaches, I'm not gonna let it stop me just because someone thinks i look like an *kitten*.
-
Absolutely. Like everyone else says, confidence is key and having a good attitude. People who are constant downers or insecure get black listed in my (and unassumingly many others) peoples book.So definitely learning how to be confident with yourself will do you wonders. I really disagree with the people saying it's…

I gave it a shot once. I lasted til lunch time and i just could take it anymore and threw it all up. Really if you have issues managing your energy, you'd be much better off trying to find a long term solution so you always have more energy, rather than "detoxing" and trying to ride the sugar high for a few days.

I'm joining late, I only just saw this! I hope this can be the first month of my life I manage to consistently run 5k, 3 times a week. So I've set the rather, comparatively modest, goal of 60k!

In...i could use some new tunes.

I would definately start taking taking measurements as a start. Looking at your diary I'd maybe suggest logging in grams that cups. Cups is a pretty inaccurate measure for weight, though some might disagree. Do you track exercise calories? If so do you eat back your exercise calories and how do you gauge your exercise…

A lot changes based on whats on offer but these are my essentials that I get every week without fail. Lemons/ Lemon Juice Gluten Free Bread Vitalite Eggs Brocolli Chicken/turkey Beetroot Tuna High Protein Canned Soup Almond milk
-
Chicken maybe? Protein bars by their very definition are a processed food. You're not going to find any "clean" ones. Theirs tonnes of recipes out their for these nut based protein balls, that's about as close as you're gonna get,

When i was experimenting with low carb diets and doing lots of intense cardio I'd quickly crash out within a week or two and spend my time completely fatigued and drain. Went to the doctor, got some tests and everything was clear only when i reintroduced more carbs did I find I improved. I tried another twice to do low…

I'm the same. Usually I'll just have a bowl of soup with a slice of bread. Usually works out around 300cal and gets rid of the munches. I just plan it in as a 4th Meal

I don't quite follow. Whats the difference between a regular whey "protein" and a healthy one? Most basic whey protein powders come in at about 100-120 calories per serving (with water) you're not gonna do much better than that. EDIT: I use Myprotein Whey Isolate. Does the job. Taste is mild. No weird and wonderful side…

I gradually reduced my usage of shampoo over the course of a few months. Now I can go a week or two just using water or conditioners for greasy/limp hair if i want too! When I do shampoo, generally its with a really mild SLS/paraban/blah blah free type shampoo. My hair is really dry though, so greasy hair has never really…

Black pudding is pretty common here in Scotland. Hated it as a kid but when I got older, not gonna lie, I thought it was amazing. I'd absolutely try any other blood based dish at least once.
-
I did it a few years ago. It'd go well for a few weeks then I would start to suffer serious fatigue issues. i even had blood tests because it looked like anemia. I can't say for sure if it was the carb restriction but when I reintroduced carb rick foods back into my diet the issue quickly subsided. During that time I…

Yeah, I get some cravings too, usually for carbs like fast food or sweets. Like you I manage them pretty well!
-
Dieting for one week and losing 9lbs is by no means a plateau.
-
Heart rate monitor is the only way to get a reasonable estimate.
-
Weight loss supplements don't work, their basically snake oil, however caffeine supplements will help boost your energy, so look for something with caffeine in it.
-
I really, really couldn't care. I've been with guys who shave everything and ones with hair so thick it looks like a vest. Both were sexy. Do what you'd prefer there is no mass consensus either way when it comes to personal appearance, so aim to please yourself.

Homemade cauliflower cheese soup with homemade gluten free bread. I always have a bowl of soup at the end of the day, can't sleep on an empty stomach.
-
Sounds a lot more like your on such an extreme regime that your body is struggling. The toxins thing is just pure marketing.
-
Amazing. I've always found I'm ravenous after exercise.
-
That's absolutely horrifying. I don't drive yet but I have been followed on several occasions in a similar manner. I really don't think some guys know or care how predatory it looks to follow some complete stranger to get a date/digits. It's one of the reasons I wish it was legal to carry some kind of self defense weapon…

I tend to have a big hearty bowl of soup with a slice of bread about 1-2 hours before I go to bed. I find that it really helps with the late night snacking...and usually it comes in at about 300 calories total, so it's not too taxing. I would recommend you do something similar?
-
I was in bed with my friend a few years ago, haven't just woken up feeling like hell and he comes out with "Your more beautiful without makeup than more girls with it." It was very sweet and it's stuck with me to this day.

Anything that gets you moving is good. Where are you getting the 365 calories from? That seems pretty high for 20 minutes moderate activity.
-
If it has calories you should log it.
-
Fruit has calories, so I log it. I don't understand why you wouldn't.
