Yeah, I 2nd open the diary. It sounds like your overall deficit was maybe higher on the day you didn't exercise. Even if you exercise, if you have a smaller deficit you you'll lose less weight because your better meeting you bodies energy demands.

You must have miscalculated something somewhere. Do you weigh everything you eat and log it? You should open up your diary if you want the best advice. Absolutely, it just seems so strange to me that in a thread full of the same feedback by both genders, someone would only single out one group to chastise. Felt it needed pointed out! If i got impassioned by every weird throw away remark, i would never get anything done.

While i otherwise agree, there's a fair few men with less than nice things to say in this thread. Why just get on the case of the women instead of everyone body-shaming?

As lomg as your not ill or injured, you should be doing your workouts. A half-assed workout is better than none at all.

Your just pumped up. It's normal. You should probably give your rings a miss though when your exercising. You could damage them on the equipment.

A week is a very short time to expect to see any visible changes but from what you've wrote you seem to be doing great. Chin up. Try comparing on more of a monthly basis that weekly.

Well you must have at some point ate in a calorie surplus if your now dieting. What were you eating before? Can you integrate some of those food back in to meet your calorie goals? While its okay now and then to significantly under or overeat doing this in the long term either way will cause you harm.

I'd say AM. that way you have no food in your system offsetting you actual weight.

I'd wait til your near near your goal. Significant changes in body mass can stretch or leave excess skin, which could warp the tattoo. It'd make a nice treat for hitting your goal weight though!

Working workout, university, consultation with a tattooist, meeting pals for dinner and finally, off to work. The 14th is any other day for me.

That's because most guys don't really notice makeup until it's very heavily or oddly applied. A lot of women use makeup to either enhance or completely create a brow and no-ones the wiser. I draw on mine because their blonde, sparse and do nothing for me.

Eat smaller portions of fast food so it fits within your calorie goal or learn to like vegetables, really if you don't have an intolerance there is no excuse. How are you calculating your exercise calories? A 30 minute cardio dvd at best is about 250 calories? Could you be over estimating your burn?

You can drink as much or as little green tea as you like. Why are are specifically looking to drink 3 cups? What are you expecting from the tea? Generally a cup of tea, like the last poster said,is a serving. Not a measurement. Really, just translate it to mean a mug of tea. You use one teabag per mug.

Eat when you want. I usually have a bowl of soup with a slice of toast while I'm sitting in bed, before I fall asleep. Hasn't had any negative consequences, nor have I seen any studies that would that this is improper, unhealthy or bad for weight loss.

If it's just a head cold and you have no symptoms below the neck (e.g coughing, joint issues etc) then hop to it! Just take it easy and look after yourself.

If your using low fat or diet versions of food products, substituting one or two of those for their regular version will quickly add some calories and things like adding cheese or condiments to you food will quickly give you another 100. Without seeing your diary its hard to assess where it can be beefed up though.…
