That's ridiculous, as long as its nothing criminal, what people do in their own time is their business.

I like to eat a very light breakfast and work my way towards heavier meals as the day goes. I end up hopelessly distracted in uni, fantasizing about food til lunch otherwise. Right now I'm having grapes, strawberries and mixed nuts with soy yogurt.

Weight fluctuations are normal for women. Has a lot to do with hormones, generally. Are you logging everything you eat? Weighing your food? Are you maybe over estimating your exercise calories? If you open your diary you can get better advice.

Control what you put in your mouth. Exercise restraint.

I don't know but i hope they kiss.

Boo hoo! You get a little a wet! Go.

I like to keep a tub of these meal replacement shakes about for days where for whatever reason I've not ate and need a quick calorie fix, that's it. These shakes are no good, your much better eating a light salad or something to replace the shake meal, you'll feel better and fuller for it too. Their also no no for teaching…

Hiyoooo! Looking good, very impressive prgress!

I get that. Exercise pumps my muscles up something fierce, even when I was in top shape, so I usually wind up look puffy and bloated. Best you can do is exercise in the evening, so when you wake up in the morning it effect is gone.

Water rinse.

Feel free to read mine. Most of what I eat is pretty simple, easy and quick to prepare.

I actually found that as I lost weight mine have gotten perkier and more shapely.

Tea, Coffee, water, diet fizzy juice. Basically, calorie free stuff if "free" is my journal.

3-4 meals per day with no snacking. I find I'm never truly sated on small meals and that I wind up obsessing about food, overall i wind up eating more. If i get peckish between meals I have a black coffee

Maybe instead of big meals break you eating down to 5-6 small meals a few hours a part? Getting lightheaded with hunger 5 hours after eating seems like an extreme reaction! Have you got any underlying medical issues?

It's pretty normal, your using muscles you've probably never really used before. Take a day off and workout tomorrow if it's too much for you.

You'd need to be losing 2.5lbs a week. It's just about doable. A 1000 cals a day is probably accurate but it's not a healthy or maintainable intake, as soon as you up the calories your gonna pack it back on. I'd lower my expectation a tad if I were you.

I went from a 34E to a 36C. Massive size reduction but I think there better for it.

Period. Menstruation. Satans satanical falls of blood....but aunt? I recognize that its a craving and I just don't eat the junk. How hard can it be?

It's fat. You can either lose weight til it's gone, but if your already underweight that's probably not advisable, get plastic surgery to correct it or make peace with it. OR grow a beard. Beards are great. Do that!

I've never put on deodorant or perfume before the gym. Your going to get sweaty and nasty anyway, I think that at your armpits don't smell isn't really much of a saving grace. IMO, you still stink except now instead of smelling like old shoes, you smell like old shoes and vanilla! I don't get the hate with makeup though. I…

If I'm going to have a fizzy drink, generally its diet. I don't like to drink them much anyway though, I feel really gassy and bloated after drinking them.

I can easily go a week without washing my hair and it'll only just start looking a little greasy but generally I wash it every other day. If i workout on one of my "off" days, I'll just rinse my hair with water in the shower and spray a little leave on conditioner when I'm out.

Vitamin D in the winter months because I'm prone to seasonal depression. Folate, really, just experimenting with this one, I was told it'd help my hair grow quicker. It looks like it is but that could just be my imagination Probiotic because I have a crap stomach. BCAA's as a preworkout supplement L-Glutamine for recovery.…

Yup don't need to cut any food out your diet to lose weight, just moderate portions and make it fit into your calorie goal. Looking at your diary though, I'd be miserable too. It's all very low calorie. Half a can of spaghetti o's isn't dinner! Try adding another 200-300 calories into your diet, you still be in a deficit…

Not particularly strange but dried fruit, prawn crackers, mini poppadoms and salted nuts. I just don't buy them anymore. Once I start, I won't stop til theirs none left.

Computer Sciences University student, yo!

Both have applications in my diet... raw spinach in my smoothies and salads I often have 2/3 a head of boiled broccoli with some cooked meat for lunch and/or as a side at dinner. If i had to chose one it would be broccoli. I can just eat it for days.
