I've finally, for the first time, managed to keep my food diary logged consistently for a week. I'd some opinions on what I'm eating and what can be done to improve it! I'm aiming to steadily lose fat. My diary should be public :) Some stats: 5' 6", 66kg(145.5lbs), 22yrs.
So I've signed myself up for 10k race on 31/08.
