I've finally, for the first time, managed to keep my food diary logged consistently for a week. I'd some opinions on what I'm eating and what can be done to improve it! I'm aiming to steadily lose fat. My diary should be public ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Some stats: 5' 6", 66kg(145.5lbs), 22yrs.

Looks good, and I'm not one to judge (I had a candy bar for breakfast everyday this week), but those Galaxy bars are really high in calories. Are you sure you're logging the right size? Perhaps you're eating a smaller bar than you think? That's just a lot. A full size Snickers candy bar is 250 cal.0

Yup it was a 114g bar, one of the big ones, not the individual portion ones. I don't buy sweets because I can't really control myself around them but this was brought in for me.
I try not to let things like that happen too often though, as like you say, its very high calorie.0 -
I'm sure I'd do the same thing if I had it in the house. You're in good company. Well keep up the good work, you're doing great0
