Since the wii board doesn't measure body composition you've either gained weightsince you last used it or it's a hardware/software issue. There may be problems with the sensors or prehaps it needs recalibrated. What your wearing and how much you've eaten could also effect the number if it is different from the last time…

It's creepy but, unfortunately, legal unless the picture is for personal use. So the moment that picture starts getting shared and/or published it's illegal. It happens to me more often than I'd like to admit. I usually take a picture of them right back and make it really obvious I'm doing it.

Well there are many options for drinking healthier (like wine, red is best) and less calorific (like vodka and some spirits, without mixer) however if you truely think of alcohol as your weakness...that could be a serious problem and it may be worth seeing a medical professional about that.

Could be that you have IBS? http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Irritable-bowel-syndrome/Pages/Introduction.aspx It sounds like soemthing worth talking to your doctor about anyway. If so, there are lots of diet plans out there and guides with foods that irritate it, definately look into this.

You should make sure your in good running shoes, also checking your form would help too. For example you shouldn't be heel striking, When they do occur all you can do is wait for them to heal and maybe get a support for it while it heals.

Nope. I count everything. Calories are still calories even if their healthy. If I didn't count them then thats an easy 1/3 - 1/2 of my daily intake unaccounted for. What is the benefit to not counting your fruit/veg calories?
