  • The first week was really hard but now its amazing! Last night I started a running program and it was AMAZING how well i could breathe. Just quit you will feel sooooo much better. Granted I did gain some weight back but it was worth it to me! Be strong you can do it!!!
  • I'm 5'1 and I currently weigh 175 and am wearing any wehre from 13 to 16! I think its like a lot of other people say it just depends where you shop and what brands!! Good Luck to you : )

  • diary is open and I forget to enter my water a lot but I know I drink over 100 ounces a day. I have taken measurements and they are staying the same as well.

  • I totally agree with you! It is such a struggle, I fail all the time because I love food! Your story was very inspiring! My husband lost a ton of weight and has saggy skin as well his doctor told him drink lots of water and that he/you are so young that chances are it will shrink back in time! Congrats to you!!!
