  • I had my Abdominoplasty (i think i spelled it right sorry if i did not English is my second langues) a year after my RNY and is very happy i did it. They cut away 4kg (That is 7lb) of skin and even though it was sore where my RNY wasnt i made it and just took my time to recover. It is costly but worth it.

  • i cant vomit after the surgery i have tried after i ate to much and had the worst chest pain. i'M 5 years post RNY. And i must say i ate healty food but didnt crave it like i do now, when i want fast food i try the get the healthiest i can and only eat a small piece because i know i will have dumping just after or the next…

  • Hi, i'm 5 years post op and i have learnt to sit down and calmly eat my food and take smaller bites, if i don't have time to sit down i use a protein shake that fills me up
  • nope if you make it healty there is no problem and the egg whites is the best way to go if you want to loose weight. some weeks i eat up to 10 eggs and other weeks just one, it depends on my menu for the week that i want to follow, i like changing my diet every week or so.
