The wii fit you need the wii bored because it weighs you and measures your stability and such. I think the biggest loser can be used with or without the board.

I have a wii fit and there is strength training, Cardio, and fat burning exercises there is also yoga. Then I have the biggest loser for wii and that ones pretty good too. There are tons of wii games specifically for working out. :) Dancing for five minutes burns Thirteen calories on the wii dance on wii fit :)

Thanks everyone I just did ten minutes on my treadmill and I'll fit in some pilates later cuz I still need to go back into work tonight.m :)

I feel it just tones more then anything I don't think I have lost any weight from it alone.

What I need is a good routine. I know running is great for you too however I'm pretty asthmatic and it's never to pretty. I do have a treadmill and weights as well.

Ooh i'd love to! Haha it makes me nauseous anyway. Is Yoga and pilates combined a good work out. I also use an excerscise ball for stretches.

It's supposed to boost metabolism and stuff. I really don't know. I just add it in with the rest of my workout :P. Pilates is the main one I focus on.
