lost 1/2 lb over Xmas, then 1lb gain over New Year

Its easy to stick to 1200 calories, and often I find myself coming in under 1200 and that means a treat to use a few more. Over here in the UK, we have Fridge Raiders. Chicken bites, low in calories, high in protein.

I'm in 1 mile down
-
I did 40 miles in December, bring on January

It has a sensor on the back of the watch I think as it tells me my hr during walks without having to touch it. Touching it will tell me my current hr and if I'm "in the zone" But I don't know if it estimates the cals burned

Is anyone on Tumblr? I have a Disney blog and would love more followers

Greetings fellow Disnerds :) Happy to receive any and all FRs. My wife and I have been to WDW 8 times in 12 years and Paris once, it's not the same. We will be back in WDW on May 6th with our 2yr old daughter for her first visit

You look so much better

Download some music onto your phone/ipod, and get out walking. The music will distract you so you don't feel bored, and the beats will encourage you to keep going. Once you get going, it gets easier

Nice to see another Chesterfield & surrounding area person on here

I have a HRM for Xmas too, no idea what kind. Is yours just a watch, or does it have a chest strap too? You might need to wear the strap and then it will tell you your heart rate as well as calories burned during exercise, more accurate than just accepting the default amounts in MFP or whichever site you're tracking…

11 :)

December isn't a great month for hitting 50miles, weather, Christmas, *insert excuse here* But I will definitely be up for it in January. Maybe create a proper group rather than a forum page. According to Mapmyrun, my distances are: September (when I started MFP and added a daily walk to work day lunch) - 13.3miles October…

I have a 2 year old (in profile pic) I made a decision about 5 months ago that I needed to be fit enough to run around after her when she's older. It has spurred me onto losing 22lb so far

I hate when ppl can't read the box properly or can't Google how to convert salt into sodium, THEY'RE NOT THE try to E!!!!! The other day I scanned in something, packet says 5g salt, someone had entered 5000mg sodium, errr nope . I try to correct when I can
-
Nope lol

I log as much as I can first thing, making sure my wife plans the evening meal ahead of time. That way I know how much I have left to use during the day to meet my goals. If I log after I eat it, I might eat something that takes me over or leaves me short for the rest of the day

If it comes off slowly, it will go back on slowly in the long term More importantly, if its coming off, no matter how much or how fast, its still coming off so you're doing it right
-
You look beautiful, well done on your achievement
