I don't log seasonings, multivitamins, creatine and the odd bit of bbq sauce I use on my chicken breast. I rarely log my exercise though so it all balances out eventually.

From what I've read, meal frequency is irrelevant. I tried doing 5-6 small meals a day and it just dragged out my hunger. Now I just jam everything I need into 4 meals. Three of them being wholefoods and the other being a supplement (Protein shake).

I tend to just have a shake after my workout out of convenience rather than all this meal timing crap. I'm usually pretty hungry by the time I get to the gym so once my workout is done I'm starving, the shake just stops my hunger for a few hours. As long as I meet my macros everyday, I don't care when I get my meals lol.

Around 3lbs. Think I was 165lbs at the beginning of this year lol.

Spent an hour on my legs. 43 Sets later... I can just about walk. Oh, I done some Ab work and lower back stretching.

I had completely confused myself. I think it was just the fact that 100g when cooked in water looked like way too much food for the nutritional values lol. I weigh all my food anyway. Cheers for the help lol. Even the stupid questions have to get asked, right? :P

I cook and eat the same thing everyday lol. I kind of like keeping everything simple and prefer it this way. Makes going shopping easy as pie too.
