Is there anything that you don't log?

Pretty much the only thing I don't log is when I put lettuce on a sandwich, it's just such a small amount that I don't know how to log it.0

i've been doing really poorly at logging. i eat a lot of butter, and i'd say that's the #1 thing i log least. (aka never)0

my coffee; I drink it black; spices0

I don't specifically log butter or oil that I cook with, I will usually just factor it into what I made to eat. Unless I added it to a mixture and it was measured out specifically for a recipe. I also don't log tastes, I just tend to factor them into the meals, they wouldn't be enough to sweat over most of the time anyway.
I try to be very honest with myself. In case I forgot to log anything I leave 100-200 calories leeway at the end of the day.0 -
I don't log tea, water, herbs & spices, and supplements. I have massive portion distortion though so it helps keep me aware.0

I log everything including water, tea, and my daily vitamin supplement. I do this just to remind me to take my vitamins and I never would drink water before I started fitness pal, now I do and if helps me track to drink 8 glasses a day.0

I log everything - from the ice cubes I use to make my smoothies to breath mints and advil...
I also only log water as strike water - I don't count any tea, coffee, or water based beverage as part of my daily water intake, just strictly bottled/tap water. And my exercise is actual intended workout exercise - from the minute I start my warm up to the last second of my cool down, and that's it. Even if my heart rate is still up or I have to "walk back" to my apt from the gym, I don't count that as intentional exercise.
To each their own - I say, if it's working for your(and it's detrimental to your overall health in the long run) and you're seeing results, then cheers to you. )0 -
I think they only things I don't log regularly are certain spices (Mrs Dash primarily) and the little bits of grated parmesan I put on steamed veggies and pasta. Those few sprinkles probably about to 15 calories and a little bit of sodium, but without measuring -- not like I'm going to bust my gut. Oh and the olive oil / spray oil I use when cooking. Again minimal calories/fat that in the long run doesn't make a bit dent in things.
The rest I log so I can use MFP as I want -- see what I'm eating and when and make adjustments as needed.0 -
herbs and spices (not containing any salt or sugar), purely because I can't be arsed messing about adding it all in for the sake of two calories.
Same for me, I don't bother logging spices. I log just about everything else though, which most certainly includes milk.0 -

^^^This!!!!^^^ I literally log EVERYTHING! And while some might think it is obsessive, i was of the mindset of not logging little things because i didn't think they mattered. It wasn't until i realized the fresh garlic i used in cooking had quite a bit more calories than i thought. All those fresh veggies? They still have calories. Those spices, herbs, condiments, supplements etc. all have calories, carbs, sodium and/or sugars that add up! I am also in this to truly eat clean and healthy and am training to compete. I agree, to each his.her own and do what works for you!0 -
I log milk in my cereal. That's another 90-140 cals. If I put honey in my tea, I log that. I log the tablespoon of olive oil I use to cook.
I pretty much log everything except water & tea that's 0 calories.
The only things I don't is like if someone says "try this" & I have a bite.
Exactly the same.0 -
The only thing I don't log is little tastes when cooking like a lot of people said and the tiny swig of Pepsi I have before bed usually just for taste. I drink all or more of the water that I need to every day but sometimes I just need something with a taste. If I know I have calories then I drink it.0

I log every sip and bite.0
-
I don't log seasonings, multivitamins, creatine and the odd bit of bbq sauce I use on my chicken breast.
I rarely log my exercise though so it all balances out eventually.0 -
I don't log tea unless it is a particular blend that has flavourings/ fruit. I don't log Vitamins unless they have a calorie content and I don't log Tabasco/hot sauce as I've noticed they don't have any calories it just depends if you are monitoring your sodium macros for those though.0

There is a lot of little things i dont log, but also I only log exercise when it is for exercise purposes. In other words, If I walk around doing shopping, I dont log the walk. I figure it all works out in the wash!

Hot sauce, mustard, my soymilk if I'm /only/ using a dash, the very little things. I know people say they add up but I can't spend every second on this site counting my garlic or ice cubes intake. I want to enjoy eating, and counting literally 1 cal here and there would kill my motivation. :ohwell:0

I am trying to log everything, it is helping me control what I eat and reduce my sweets. I am just starting out so for now I need to log everything to work on creating more positive eating habits and by logging everything I can see what habits I have and move forward from there.0

I don't log a lot of spices. The way I cook it would be to hard, MFP doesn't have a setting for a dash of cinnamon or a palmful of chili powder. I also don't log the unsweetened herbal tea I drink, actually I count it as water throughout the day.
This is exactly me.
I do love that I can log tastes, though---if I'm dishing up goldfish crackers for my kids and I eat 3 of them, I log it. I have found in the past that it's these 'hidden' calories and carbs that throw me off track.0 -
I don't log the fat free 1/2 and 1/2 in my cofee... I can't be bothered and I think that my calories even out in the end.0
-
I log everything except the air I breathe.
^^^^^ THIS^^^
This^^^ (both)
I was logging daily activities because I had my settings on "sedentary" and considering my job and 3 teenagers keep me moving all day I have recently changed my setting to "lightly active". I now only will be logging actual workouts. I found that I was using a really busy days as a excuse to not go to the gym. Really in the end the only person I was cheating was myself:happy:0 -
I don't log most powdered spices, sugar-free jello, gum, olive oil spray used to spray a pan, and my occasional wintergreen lifesaver. I don't log coffee or tea either.0
