When doing a walk/run programme, my 'standard' walking pace is about 4mph, and I run at 5.3. I think I can walk up until about 4.5 but would need to jog above that.

I'm currently part way through the program and couldn't recommend it enough, I've never had the patience to run for more than a minute or so but because the time you're running for goes up gradually it really eases you in. I wouldn't count the weeks as something you have to stick to, just go through each of the steps until…
