Me - I now rarely eat it, but I used to buy single portion cheese to help me maintain control. I love, love, love cheese - but it is calorie dense so I cannot eat that much without going over my calories or ending up hungry.

They do make diet Margarita mix. Perhaps the bar would have that?

On another note, I have a friend that loves fried food and we still get together - I even eat some fried food with her. So far I have lost 48 lbs.

Basil chicken would be a fairly healthy choice. Since they cook most things after you order at Thai places, you can ask them to use less fat if you need to or with more vegetables.

I do Pure Barre and absolutely love it. It is a killer, but the teachers are very supportive and give modifications based on your level.

Mine never counts steps in the night unless I get up to use the restroom. Compared to my husbands fitness mapping ap, my fitbit calculates slightly less miles. Unfortunately, what I am doing differently is eating less than I did in my 30's and 40's. Also exercising more which is the fun part!

Counting calories and exercising is what works for me, so I don't have any advice. Sorry.

Normally I would say try a new exercise but you already have so many calories from workouts. What do you typically do in a week?

Love mine and the Aria scale. It has helped me tremendously. I have a desk job so I use it to help motivate me to move. I have it set now for negative calorie adjustments. This helps motivate me to get up early for a quick walk before work.

Not selfish to want to have skin removed. Also - think of the savings from not eating as much. It probably adds up a little each week to a decent total by the end of the year.

This is true. Perhaps he has not yet realized that there are no drink police and if he drinks slowly people don't usually notice. Especially once they get really drunk.

My coworkers don't do things like that and even brought in healthy food for my birthday.
