  • It may be a sign of how pathetically out of shape I was (still working on it), but I have been losing weight and gaining muscle/muscle tone. Nothing a body builder would be proud of but other people have commented so it is noticeable.:happy:
  • It will rub off some day. My youngest, who was a very picky eater and lover of junk food came home from her first year at college eating all sorts of healthy foods!
  • My latest is a half cup of greek yogurt, a half cup of blueberries, and a third of a cup of Seitenbacher Musli. Yummy . . .
  • Our local Snap Fitness is great. My husband belongs because of the location and because he can exercise at any of them when he is out of town.

  • I had pain like that in my shins when I began the program. I am on my second session and the pain has gone away. Mine seemed to be from being out of shape. I did start using compression socks which seemed to help a ton.
