Somewhere on this site someone asked how many peoples sex drive has changed since they started becoming more healthy. An overwhelming majority of the responses were that it indeed increase their sex drive by becoming more confident with themselves. Let him know you becoming healthy is a "win, win" for everyone!

level 2 day 3 done. Man, those planks really takes their toll on me. I guess I'll keep pushing through it and hope it gets better. Ed

did day 1 level 2 this morning after taking a couple days off from level 1. not sure yet whether it was harder or not. I didn't preview level 2 so some of my time was spent trying to figure out what was being done. I do know one thing I have terrible balance! Ed

made it through level 1 day 9 last night - felt pretty strong even though I ate like crap for dinner and rode the stationary bike right before the workout. Looking forward to level 2 to change it up a bit. Ed

level 1 day 8 done last night. can really feel the change in strength after a 8 days. not much soreness today at all. Ed
